Become an Egg Donor
Egg donation is a wonderful gift to give to a couple who desires a child and otherwise cannot conceive on their own.
There are considerable advantages to donating to the RBA Frozen Donor Egg Bank, as opposed to a traditional donor egg program:
- Unlike traditional programs with 6-9 month matching delays, if you are accepted as an RBA Egg Bank donor, you can immediately proceed with your donor cycle.
- Once your cycle is completed, your donor compensation will be quickly processed.
- The egg donation cycle is planned around your busy schedule, with no recipient cycle coordination required.
- The RBA Egg Bank uses a graduated donor compensation model. Proven donors who donate more than one time are eligible for increased compensation from secondary cycles.
- RBA Egg Bank donors are eligible for a Referral Fee if they recommend another donor who successfully completes a donor cycle.
We are looking for healthy women of all ethnic origins between 21 and 30 years of age. You must possess some form of higher education, above the high school level. At this time, we are only seeking egg donors that reside in the state of Georgia. Potential donors must be willing to complete a thorough screening process (which will be done at no charge). The screening process evaluates general and reproductive health, genetic history and psychological stability.
Compensation
Reproductive Biology Associates acknowledges the time commitment involved in an egg donation cycle and upon completion of a cycle through egg retrieval, RBA offers $6,000 to the donor for a first-time donation. If a donor would like to pursue an additional donation cycle, and is cleared to donate again, the compensation is $7,000 for a second donation and $8,000 for any successive donations.
