The cost of a Frozen Donor Egg Cycle through the Reproductive Biology Egg Bank is $16,500.
A frozen donor egg cycle will provide enough frozen eggs to guarantee the transfer of two high quality embryos. The frozen donor egg cycle fee includes all costs associated with the donor/recipient match, frozen egg thaw, egg fertilization, and embryo transfer. The frozen donor egg cycle fee does not include the cost of the New Patient/Recipient Consult, PGD, fees associated with sperm retrieval, or fees for the cryopreservation and storage of additional embryos.
A deposit of $500 is required at the time of Recipient Profile submission. The remaining balance of $16,000 is due within 5 business days of the formal donor match acceptance.
If a recipient desires to reserve additional eggs for future use, or to fertilize additional eggs for embryo storage, they can do so for a fee of $1,500 per each additional egg.
There will be a $500 fee for the storage (up to two years) of frozen eggs and embryos.
After the initial two year period, the annual storage charge is $250 per year. There will be a $750 fee charged for the cryopreservation of embryos not used in the standard Frozen Donor Egg Cycle.
Fees are subject to change at any time without notice.
