The cost of a standard Frozen Donor Egg Cycle is $16,500.
A Standard Frozen Donor Egg Cycle will provide enough frozen eggs (usually 6-7) to guarantee the transfer of two high quality embryos. The Standard fee includes all costs associated with the donor/recipient match, frozen egg thaw, egg fertilization, and embryo transfer. The Standard fee does not include the cost of the New Patient/Recipient Consult, PGD, fees associated with sperm retrieval, or fees for the cryopreservation and storage of additional embryos.
A deposit of $500 is required at the time of Recipient Profile submission. The remaining balance of $16,500 is due within 5 business days of the formal donor match acceptance.
If a recipient desires to reserve addition eggs for future use, or to fertilize additional eggs for embryo storage, they can do so for a fee of $1,500 per each additional egg.
There will be a $500 fee for the storage (up to two years) of frozen eggs and embryos.
After the initial two year period, the annual storage charge is $250 per year. There will be a $750 fee charged for the cryopreservation of embryos not used in the standard Frozen Donor Egg Cycle.
