MyEggBank empowers you to control the donor selection process, whether you choose synchronous, sometimes referred to as a “fresh” egg donor cycle, or asynchronous, sometimes referred to as a “frozen” egg donor cycle. There is no right or wrong choice, and our cumulative success rates are consistent regardless of cycle type.

All our donors have been through a rigorous screening process, so you can rest assured that the egg donor profiles you choose from are vetted for good physical, mental, and fertility health. Asynchronous egg donors do not have to coordinate their cycles with your schedule, while synchronous donors will require cycle coordination.
5 steps toward donor IVF
Step 1: Find your MyEggBank Affiliate Center
Our patients select donor profiles and receive donor eggs or embryos from our centralized MyEggBank database, but all medical treatment is done at your IVF center. To use MyEggBank donor eggs, you must receive care at a center at one of our 150+ affiliate IVF centers located throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Why? As the premier network of donor egg banks and practices, we can assure the quality of eggs throughout the entire donor IVF cycle. The embryologists at these centers have been trained by MyEggBank in cryopreservation protocols that result in the greatest likelihood of your success.

Step 2: Create a MyEggBank Account
Create an account online and select the center you intend to enroll at or where you are already an established patient.
Step 3: Complete Your MyEggBank Registration Through Your Center
Once you are enrolled as an active patient of an affiliate center, your center will provide MyEggBank with the necessary information to complete your registration as a MyEggBank user. This Information includes:
- Patient contact information
- Uterine evaluation
- Sperm source carrier screening and semen analysis
Once your center supplies this initial information to MyEggBank, you will be approved you as a registered user and can begin searching egg donor profiles.
Step 4: Find Your Donor
You can now begin your journey to find your egg donor from the comfort of your own home! As a registered user, you can view full egg donor profiles, including pictures and complete medical, genetic, and psychological reports. The content published on our donor site is comprehensive, non-identifying information.
Step 5: Select and Receive Your Donor Eggs
Once you have selected an egg donor, you should consider which package or guarantee you would like to purchase. Depending on the status of your affiliate center, you will have access to a variety of MyEggBank’s guarantee programs.
Once your consent and online payment are received, we will confirm your purchase and immediately ship the frozen eggs or embryos to your treatment center. MyEggBank guarantees the safe arrival of the eggs and/or embryos to your center.
Your center will perform the thawing of the eggs, fertilization with your chosen sperm, and embryo transfer. Within two weeks of implantation, you or your gestational carrier will take a pregnancy test to see if the transfer was successful.
